GMS TRAINEE PROGRAM (GTP)

Overview

The GTP is designed to recruit and develop individuals with
strong management potential in order to prepare them for
Site Organisation within GMS Indonesia.
The GTP is a year learning program and the program includes
a variety of learning, projects assignment and experiences
to help Management Trainees acquire the necessary knowledge
and competencies.
Trainees will gain practical experience and develop their
skills through varied assignments, each lasting
approximately 4 months for each assignment within GMS
Indonesia.

The GTP language requirements are English both written and
spoken and Indonesia.
At the end of the program, GTP Promotion Board will
undertake to appoint their Management Trainees to positions
that fit with their learning activities and organisation
need.
